Proffer Compliance — Terms of Use

By submitting a product label to Proffer Compliance ("the Tool"), you agree to the following:
1. Acceptable use. You will use the Tool only to evaluate your own products, or products you are authorized to submit on behalf of your organization, for genuine export-compliance purposes. You will not use the Tool to test, reverse-engineer, or evaluate a competitor's products without authorization, or for any purpose other than assessing your own compliance posture.
2. Confidentiality. The Tool's underlying methodology, rules, scoring logic, and outputs are proprietary to Proffer Global LLP. You will not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or disclose the Tool's outputs, methodology, or any non-public information about how it works to any third party, except to your own advisors or employees on a need-to-know basis.
3. No warranty; limitation of liability. The Tool provides automated compliance guidance based on codified FDA regulations and public data. It is compliance consulting support, not legal advice, and Proffer Global LLP does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any finding, score, or recommendation. You remain solely responsible for your product's actual compliance with FDA regulations and for any decision made in reliance on the Tool's output. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Proffer Global LLP disclaims all liability for errors, omissions, or outcomes — including shipment delays, refusals, or regulatory action — arising from use of the Tool.
4. Data consent. By submitting a label, you consent to Proffer Global LLP collecting and storing the information you provide (including your name, company name, email address, and the uploaded label images) for the purposes of operating the Tool, improving its accuracy, and following up with you about your results or our services.
5. Reference rights. Proffer Global LLP may identify your company as a user of Proffer Compliance in its marketing materials, website, and sales collateral (e.g., "used by [Company Name]"), without disclosing the specific contents or findings of your audit. You may withdraw this permission at any time by writing to ops@proffer.in.
6. Acceptance. By checking the box below and submitting your label, you confirm you have read and agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy.
7. By using the Proffer Compliance Tool, you agree with all above terms.
